All on-line orders are checked daily Monday - Friday. As soon as an on-line order is registered in our on-line store, there is an immediate notification via e-mail about its progress. In case of incorrect delivery details, the customer must inform us of their correction before shipment. Orders with incorrect data that are  the result of scam will be ignored. In cases with deposit in a bank account, you are invited to submit your order id like #101010 in the deposit comments. For even more direct service. Payment Methods
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard etc.)
You will be redirected to the Eurobank payment gateway where you can enter your card details with maximun security.

• Cash on Delivery.
Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel and only in cash. All laws regarding the maximum amount of cash payments apply. There is no extra charge.

• Bank Transfer
Within 3 business days.
Transfer the amount that corresponds to your Order on one of the following bank accounts of our company PSB Premium Sports Brands LTD:

Changes & Returns
All returns and changes are accepted only after contacting our customer service
All items can be changed or returned as long as the product and packaging are in excellent condition.
The consumer has the right to return the product 1 month from the date of delivery.
The duration of the changes is 1 month from the date of delivery.
For the first change or return, the costs are borne by our e-shop and there is no extra charge.
For more than one change, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Shipping Methods
All shipments to Greece have a 3.5€ charge. Orders that total 15€ and above are shipment-charge free.
For shipments outside of Cyprus, depending on the quantity and the distance, there is an additional charge that is calculated during the ordering process.

Customer's Details Update
If you are registered customer you can update your details on your account page after you sign in. Each user is responsible for keeping the password for his account. In case of password loss he can choose to automatically receive a new password in the e-mail that he stated during his registration.
